Here is an example of a recent balcony deck restoration.

This was one of six balconies that we were asked to replace in a unit complex in Queanbeyan.

The old timbers were very weather-worn and the bearers and joists were starting to rot making areas unsafe as well as unsightly.

We completely removed the old timber structure and installed new metal bearers and joists before finishing them off with new Merbau hardwood timber decking boards.

The oiled timber decking boards really set them off nicely.
