I approached Trinity about getting flys creens installed in my unit that I had recently purchased.

At this time, we were in lockdown (August 2021), however Trinity was quick to make contact and said that she would arrange a measure and quote with Ben as soon as possible. I was provided with a very good quote.

Trinity arranged to get this done and informed me of when the installation would be. There was a little hiccup in the date of delivery, but I was notified days in advance. On the day of installation Ben sent a text early in the morning to say that he was on his way so that I could get prepared.

There was a small issue with the colour of the frame and Ben and Trinity researched to find out the colour of my sliding doors and windows was no longer made due to the age of the unit. The colour that Ben chose was very close and I was happy with the result.

Nothing was too much trouble for Trinity and Ben.

I recommend them and wish them all the best for their businesses.

I have engaged Broad Home Improvements several times for a variety of jobs and would recommend them to all.

Over a couple of years they have done carpentry, painting - indoor and outdoor, roofing repairs and installation of automatic garage doors for me.

Trinity has a broad range of skills and more importantly she is scrupulously honest in quotations and with quality workmanship and follow up.

Renovating an ex-government house to bring it to a modern spacious home is challenging.

Our biggest problem was enclosing the front entrance area to become a new room and provide an airlock in winter.  I had the idea in my head and Broad Home Improvements was the only company able to find a solution to this conversion.  It required technical skill, good communication and problem solving.  We are absolutely thrilled with the result.

The work site was left immaculate at the end of the job.  All trades where pleasant to deal with.  Estimated time lines were kept and the cost was fair and reasonable.

The Project Manager Trinity made sure we were kept up to date and managed our expectations.
