I approached Trinity about getting flys creens installed in my unit that I had recently purchased.
At this time, we were in lockdown (August 2021), however Trinity was quick to make contact and said that she would arrange a measure and quote with Ben as soon as possible. I was provided with a very good quote.
Trinity arranged to get this done and informed me of when the installation would be. There was a little hiccup in the date of delivery, but I was notified days in advance. On the day of installation Ben sent a text early in the morning to say that he was on his way so that I could get prepared.
There was a small issue with the colour of the frame and Ben and Trinity researched to find out the colour of my sliding doors and windows was no longer made due to the age of the unit. The colour that Ben chose was very close and I was happy with the result.
Nothing was too much trouble for Trinity and Ben.
